HIIT CONDITIONING CLASS STARTS SATURDAY 2 JULY

WHAT IS HIIT?
High Intensity Interval Training is a quick and efficient way of getting a killer workout without spending hours at the gym.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
By alternating periods of 100% effort, with short rest breaks, you can keep your heart rate up and burn massive amounts of calories in a short period of time.

WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?
Classes start with a short warm up before diving into a circuit that alternates between strength and cardio based exercises using a variety of fitness equipment. Once the circuit section of the class is done we turn up the heat and "BURN" a specific area of the body to really work up a sweat. Every class finishes with a full body stretch to help increase your flexibility.

THIS SOUNDS A LOT LIKE BOOT CAMP...
Not even close. Whilst we encourage our students to work hard, the class is loads of fun and the environment is super positive.

BUT DOES IT WORK?
Every student completes a quick fitness test at the start, middle and end of each 8 week term. This means we're able to measure their progress and the results speak for themselves!

Here's a small sample of what was achieved last term:
Student 1: Sit & Reach test: -1 cm to +10 cm
Student 2: Push Ups in a minute: 21 to 35
Student 3: Sit Ups in a minute: 25 to 37
