Shaina Cruea - Signature Tricks Workshop 24.1.16
We are thrilled to have Shaina return to Studio Verve for 1 day of workshops on Sunday January 24. These workshops are not to be missed so make sure you book in soon to avoid disappointment!
Shaina will have a plan as to what will be included BUT if there are any requests she will gladly take them!! This workshop will start with a contemporary dance-based warm-up, followed by ways to enhance your pole work with fresh, stylized contemporary dance movement. Students will leave this workshop having learned individual tricks that they have seen Shaina do in past performances.
Shaina Bio
Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, Shaina has studied various forms of dance for over 25 years. In October of 2012, Shaina took her first pole dance class. She immediately fell in love with the combination of athleticism and grace and was selected to participate in the 2013 work/study program at Body & Pole of NYC. Known for her "legs for days" and stylized contemporary pole dance choreography, Shaina shares her passion through the aerial dance company AERA, her competitive performances and with her students.
Cost: $75.00 if you do one workshop or $70 each if you do both
