Ballet 101 will introduce students to the magical world of pliés, battement tendus, ronde de jambes, port de bras and many other wonderful ballet movements. Not only is this class a great workout for the legs and booty, but you'll feel taller as you improve your posture and carriage of your body.
What to wear: singlet or t-shirt, tights, ballet flats or socks.
