With a focus on simple sequencing and cues for proper alignment, our Ballet Basics class will take you through the foundations of Ballet at the barre in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment.

A great workout for the legs and booty, you'll feel taller as you improve your posture and carriage of your body. Become familiar with the core elements of classical ballet including the positions of the feet, carriage of the arms (port de bras), foot articulation and external rotation (turn-out).

This class is perfect for students who have little or no prior ballet experience, would like to work at a slower pace and ask questions if finding something a little tricky.
