Barre Athletica is a full body work-out designed to tone, strengthen and lengthen muscles. This high intensity one hour class is a fusion of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates conditioning exercises on the barre and on the mat. This fun and dynamic class uses a variety of props to tone and target the butt, thighs, abs and arms.
What to wear: Tights and tank top or leotard and socks for footwear or ballet flats.
