Give your pole skills that extra WOW factor with splittier splits and longer extensions! Designed to develop your flexibility, this course will teach you specific stretching techniques that will improve your overall flexibility.
Each week will focus on different body parts improving your flexibility from head to toe.

This class runs for one hour and includes a warm up, specialized stretching exercises, and a cool down.

Please note this is a mat class and does not include pole dancing skills.

WHAT TO WEAR: Tights/leggings, socks/bare feet, singlet/tank top, knee pads (optional)
