Take a breath and allow your stress to melt away. Drawing on the practice of Yin Yoga, this class is designed to help you release mental and physical blocks, increase flexibility and improve well-being.
Find stillness and balance as you develop positive mindfulness practices that can be easily transferred from the mat to your everyday life.
Stretches are held between one to three minutes, allowing your body time to stretch, release, and realign.
Please note this is a mat class and does not include pole dancing skills.
