This class is highly recommended for anyone who wants to overcome the fear of going upside down, learn correct technique, placement of shoulders and hips, and perfectly complements our pole courses.

You'll improve your core strength and learn how to hold fun Acro Balance Shapes incorporating your new handstand techniques.

No experience necessary, and drop-ins are most welcome.
