To join this class you should feel confident with the following skills:
Aerial V, Outside Leg Hang, Inside Leg Hang, Prone Leg Hang, Inverted Hip Hold, Baby Butterfly, Jasmine, Handstand Stag (torso away from the pole).
WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts, socks/bare feet, singlet/tank top, knee pads (optional)
