Want to take your handstand training to the next level? Feel like you’ve got a handle on the basic techniques and handstand shapes, and keen to be challenged further? This intermediate handstand class is for pole dancers who want to learn to seamlessly integrate their floor and pole work through hand balancing and dynamic inversions. Think cartwheels, walkovers, single-handed skills … so many possibilities!
Drop ins are most welcome, but in order to join this class, you must be able to confidently and consistently kick up into handstand against a wall and hold your shape for at least 10 seconds.
