Inversion Intensive
Struggling with inversions?
Introducing Inversion Intensive, a dedicated session for mastering and refining inverted moves like Inverted V’s, Leg Hangs, and Shoulder Mounts. We’ll also include conditioning exercises (both on and off the pole) to boost strength and build confidence.
This class is perfect if you need extra practice on your weaker side, want step-by-step breakdowns for certain skills, or simply crave a slower pace to overcome any fear of going upside down.
PREREQUISITES: Open to students in Level 3 and above
WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts, socks/bare feet, singlet/tank top, knee pads (optional)
