Expressive in style, Lyrical Pole is an open-level dance class that incorporates beginner level pole skills with lyrical jazz and contemporary style movements.
A new routine is introduced every 3 weeks. Students can join in at any time during the 3-week period as the every routine is reviewed from the beginning.
No previous pole or dance experience needed.
What to wear: t-shirt or singlet, leggings, socks, kneepads or leg warmers
