Feel the stress melt away as each area of your body is stretched and released.

Designed for students looking to improve their current flexibility, this is a moderate intensity Stretch class. 

This class runs for one hour and includes a warm up, specialized stretching exercises, and a cool down.

Please note this is a mat class and does not include pole dancing skills.
