A combination of strength, flex and acro skills, to join Level 9 you should feel confident with the following skills:

Handspring (True Grip), Brass Monkey, Aerial V, Ayesha Grip V, Backwards Walk-Over (Cupped Grip), Forward Walk-Over (Twisted Grip), Aerial Pencil (Table Top Grip).

WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts, socks/bare feet, singlet/tank top, knee pads (optional)

PRE-REQUISITE: Must have completed Level 8 or feel confident with the skills listed above.
