Vinyasa Yoga offers a dynamic yoga practice that merges movement and breath, flowing through a series of poses to build strength, flexibility and endurance.
Each class will be creatively sequenced around a peak pose (deep backbends, arm balances, inversions, splits, etc) and it is designed to challenge and inspire both physically and mentally.
This is an open-level class and we encourage that you move within the boundaries of your experience level. If you are new to Yoga, we recommend you try a few of our Hatha Yoga classes first.
