- Recording: All attendees will be sent a recording providing an overview of shoulder anatomy, biomechanics and injury prevention to maximise the time spent in person working through practical exercises. By signing up to this workshop you agree to watch this video before the practical workshop date. This video will be sent out by September 21st and will be approximately 30 minutes in length. This recording will expire after the workshop date and is not for download.

About the workshop:
This 1.5-hour face to face workshop will be filled with theoretical and practical knowledge bombs to help all levels of pole dancer ‘unleash their pole-tential’.
Participants are not required to participant in practical components if they are unable (i.e injury etc).
