Beginner combos is the perfect class for students have completed PoleFit Level 1 and would like to learn how to link skills together. Explore the creative side of pole as you learn unique flows and transitions that will build your strength, endurance, and coordination. Through this exploration you’ll develop your sense of style and artistry on the pole

This class is suitable for students in PoleFit Levels 2, 3 and 4. We highly recommend attending this class along with your regular PoleFit class to really maximise your strength and fitness gains!

What to wear: t-shirt or singlet, leggings, socks, kneepads or leg warmers
