Intermediate Tricks is perfect for students in PoleFit Level 6 and above who want to take their pole repertoire to the next level.
Build strength and challenge yourself as you learn fun and exciting pole tricks guaranteed to improve your artistry and endurance.
PRE-REQUISITE: Must have completed Level 6 or feel confident with the following skills:
Aerial V, Outside Leg Hang, Inside Leg Hang, Prone Leg Hang, Inverted Hip Hold, Baby Butterfly, Jasmine, Handstand Stag (torso away from the pole).

WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts, socks/bare feet, singlet/tank top, knee pads (optional)
