Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better! It strengthens and stabilizes your core, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently, improve your posture, flexibility, mobility and balance.

Specifically designed for pole dancers, our Pilates for Pole class includes prehab exercises to strengthen and balance the shoulders and, muscles of the upper back.

Rather than cranking out endless reps this class focuses on controlled movement and connecting to your breath whilst your muscles work to lift against gravity.

This is an AMAZING class for anyone and everyone. Whether you’re looking to cross train, balance out your body or rehab from injury, this class will stretch, strengthen and align.
