Open to all levels
This stretch class is dedicated solely to splits; front and middle! You'll work through a series of dynamic, active and passive stretches to lengthen and strengthen your hamstrings and hip flexors and help bring your crotch closer to the floor.
Skill Level: All ranges of flexibility or lack thereof are welcome (everyone has to start somewhere!)
