Doubles Workshop for Beginners
DOUBLES WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNERS!
We are beyond thrilled to bring back our super popular, Doubles Workshop. Phoebe and Kiah have put together this very special workshop for students who have never tried partner pole and keen to try something fun, new and exciting.
Students will learn basic partner acro-balances as well as introductory partner pole skills. This is a strength and conditioning class with a difference! If you do not have a partner, no problem! We will pair you up with someone on the day.
When: Sunday 23 May, 1pm - 2.30pm
Duration: 90 mins
Skill Level: Recommended for PoleFit Level 4 students and above
Pre- Reqs: Students must be comfortable working with a partner as either a base or flyer and able be able to easily perform thigh holds and Hooked Leg Laybacks.
