Skills ONLY Classes for Guys & Girls starting 6 May
Due to popular demand, we're excited to now offer a unisex PoleFit level 1 Skills Only class on Friday nights at 6:15pm.
With a focus on strength and conditioning, this 8 week course will follow the same skill progression as our regular PoleFit Level 1 course but does NOT include any dance choreography.
PoleFit Level 1 Skills Only is for students who are new to pole, or have attended less than eight pole dance lessons within the past two months. The focus and objective of this level is to have students spinning (both feet off the floor), to instill an awareness of good posture, and to nurture muscle awareness. This course is a fun full body work-out designed for women and men of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.

All PoleFit classes run for one hour and include a low impact warm up, conditioning, stretching, pole skills and a cool down.
