NEW BEGINNER POLE COMBOS CLASS

Beginner combos is the perfect class for students have completed PoleFit Level 1 and would like to learn how to link skills together.

This class is suitable for students in PoleFit Levels 2, 3 and 4. We highly recommend attending this class along with your regular PoleFit class to really maximise your strength and fitness gains!

WHEN: Wednesday at 6.30pm and Saturday at 11am.
DURATION: 1 hour
SKILL LEVEL: Must have completed PoleFit Level 1
