PoleFit Level 2
PoleFit Level 2 is about taking your Climbs and Leg Holds as high as you can. Get aerial with fun, pretty and more complex spin combinations where your feet will hardly touch the floor. Increase shoulder and leg flexibility with new hand grips and leg shapes. By the end of Level 2 you should feel confident with the Core Skills featured in the video above before stepping up to Level 3.
