PoleFit Level 3
Level 3 introduces a series of Basic Inverts (hanging upside down) that will lay the foundations for safe and sound technique to help you conquer the trickier aerial skills found in the higher levels. Learn how to correctly engage your upper body and core so you can invert with ease and grace, and continue to develop muscular endurance. By the end of Level 3 you should feel confident with the Core Skills featured in the video above before stepping up to Level 4.

WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts, socks/bare feet, singlet/tank top, knee pads (optional)
