PoleFit Level 4
Learn the art of gorgeous Leg Hangs (a shape used across various Circus/Aerial art forms/disciplines such as Silks, Aerial Hoop and Trapeze). Have fun and feel like a kid again doing handstands, but this time round we’ll teach you how to handstand with correct form and sound technique. By the end of Level 4 you should feel confident with the Core Skills featured in the video above before stepping up to Level 5.

WHAT TO WEAR: Shorts, socks/bare feet, singlet/tank top, knee pads (optional).
