PoleFit Level 5
Level 5 brings everything in your PoleFit repertoire thus far, together. You'll learn new skills and the focus on achieving smooth transitions; connecting upright spins and climbs with spinning aerial inversions. By the end of Level 5 you should feel confident with the Core Skills featured in the video above before stepping up to Level 6.
