PoleFit Level 6
Level 6 is all about linking pretty aerial skills to form fluid sequences. Discover your inner Super Girl when you learn to flip from one side of the pole to the other with intricate leg hang variations. Challenge your flexibility and co-ordination with the higher intensity, dance based warm ups and conditioning. By the end of Level 6 you should feel confident with the Core Skills featured in the video above before stepping up to Level 7.
