PoleFit Level 7
In level 7 you will learn how to hold inverted shapes away from the pole with minimal contact points. Continue to build flowing aerial sequences with new skills that will challenge and increase your flexibility. Students attending this level must have strong, open shoulders, a stable core, and good body awareness in order to learn and work through the new, more intense hand grips and inverted positions. By the end of Level 7 you should feel confident with the Core Skills featured in the video above before stepping up to Level 8.
