After the success of Kayla's stand alone Hip Hop workshops, we are thrilled to announce that our brand new, all level, DANCE ONLY class is kicking off on MONDAY 27 JUNE at 8.15pm.
Do you have trouble figuring out what to do when you are not on the pole? Whether you are working on trying to get from one pole to the other or just want to add some floor work to your repertoire for freestyle purposes, this is the workshop for you!!
Learn the right way to Cartwheel and Walkover as we focus on the hand and body placement necessary to achieve these skills.
Learn ways to enhance your pole work with fresh, stylized contemporary dance movement. Students will leave this workshop having learned individual tricks that they have seen Shaina do in past performances.
Due to popular demand we are running a one off PoleFit Intro class on Saturday 9 January at 11:15am.
This is the PERFECT opportunity for new students to come into the studio and try pole for the first time.
We are offering this class at the low rate of just $25 for a one hour class (our normal Intro Class rate is $35)
