Studio Verve on Ch 9 TV Show 'What's Good For You' 27 May 2009
Pole dancing wins hands down!!! Studio Verve student Erika Hansen bravely participated in a 6 week challenge to determine what is the most effective form of exercise for attaing that much sought after flat tummy and increasing core strength. Erika trained twice a week with Jen whilst her opponent, Nicola was given a Swiss Ball program under the supervision of a personal trainer.
